Love this place.
Positive: Good location for me to explore the Cape. Near the beach. Near Sandwich Boardwalk. Places nearby by car to eat. Cute decor
Negative: Bathroom tub needed an upgrade.

We were very comfortable.no frills but that kept the cost down
Positive: Local and great value. Close to the public beach.

Overall, good stay.
Positive: I enjoyed that it was quiet and that I didn't hear any neighbors through the walls.

Positive: That the beach was very close.
Negative: My bathroom door wouldn't close. There was someone else's soap in the shower. I didn't travel with shampoo/conditioner and I had 2 shampoos and NO conditioner in my room. Not alot of easy plugs. All coffee was flavored. I was here for a wedding and it was challenging to get ready. The only mirror was in bathroom and I could only see my head. Nothing was terribly wrong but it wasn't a good fit for the purpose of my visit.
