Sandy Neck 21 with 2 Queen beds 1 mi to beach

Has the potential to be top-notch, but is suffering unsupervised maintenance issues with the owner not being on site Positive: The room was very large and very nicely decorated. The fridge was clean. Exterior was very pretty with a couple maintenance issues. I really liked the contactless check in and check out. The maps and brochures in the office is a nice touch. Negative: The main thing was the floor was filthy. You couldn’t tell with the naked eye, but if you took your shoes off and walked, it felt sticky, and your feet ended up filthy. The Keurig was dirty so that did not get used. The lightbulb was out on our exterior door along with a couple other units. The lights flickered in the bathroom and the bathroom drain did not work when you pulled up the plug. You had to hold it up to let the water out. One of the lamp posts as you exit the property is broken off.

Positive: The staff, location and room size was exceptional!

Clean and quite room but it was starting to show its age Positive: very clean and the room was nicely decorated. I loved the location. Negative: The room was starting to show its age. Their were a few holes in the walls and plumbing fixtures were old.

Für einen Kurzurlaub oder Zwischenstopp super Hotel. Positive: Gute Lage - nur eine Meile zum tollen Sandy Neck Beach. Wir hatten ein schönes, neunrenoviertes Zimmer.
