Negative: No housekeeping but a fee for housekeeping at end of stay???? Doesn’t the price of a motel room include the turnover Bathroom door had a fist sized hole in it ( on the inside) and was only painted on 1 side

Not really worth the price, the location alone all most makes it worth it. Positive: Great location Negative: Massive hole in the bathroom door, one of the beds were about collapse, A/C remote didn't work, like 40 ants for some reason? Just not realistically ideal for the price point, I would suggest you look at a different stay at the moment

Positive: I requested an early check in. The staff on arrival work working hard to prepare the room wearily for me. They were very nice and the room was very nice. I was there just to sleep between night shifts so I was sad I didn’t really get to enjoy it. This isn’t new go to place when out there for work. Negative: Nothing it was great

Annual fishing trip Positive: Location, well lit parking lot Negative: No coffee pot in room…. I’m up early to fish.

1 night Positive: Very clean. The room seemed to be recently painted. The outside had a very nice grass area and flowers. It was only about a mile from the beach. The beach was mostly rocky but my wife said that is normal for Nee England beaches. The location is only about a half hour from Hyannis Negative: Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan
