Positive: Near the beach. Coffee maker, table and chairs, refrig and microwave. Negative: Ants.

Positive: Convenient to route 6A giving easy access to the cape area but still quiet. Negative: No physical interaction with staff, all done remotely. Neither of the cleaning staff spoke English.
