Sandy Neck 26 with 1 queen bed 1 mi to beach

Very disappointing! Won’t stay again. Wouldnit recommend Negative: When we arrived and opened the door we found dead bugs and ants all over the bedroom and bathroom. We were able to get one of the girls making up another unit to vacuum it for us. But we spend the three days killing ants. We had to run the water for a very long time before getting any hot water The lights in the unit kept flickering. One of the shades had slats missing since we stayed there last year.

We loved the room but not the inability to bathe. Positive: The location was excellent.. the room was extremely clean and comfortable and very pleasant When we had problems with the shower , the staff offered us a discount on our next stay Negative: When we first arrived the code box did not work on our room door but the staff had left a key in the office for us The shower unit was gorgeous but the faucet handle came off in my hand immediately as I attempted to bathe .. we were unable to use the shower during our stay. We did notify the staff by phone ( no one was there in the office at any time) In all fairness, they did respond with complete courtesy and offered us a discount the next time we come to Cape Cod
