These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of sandyneck's Website, located at sandyneck.holidayfuture.com.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use sandyneck if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, the law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Reservation Policies:

A reservation is a two-way responsibility. We agree to turn away all other requests for the reservation you have selected and guarantee to hold it for your vacation. You agree to occupy and pay for the room for the time you asked us to reserve.

Because we are a small independent motel, and to ensure fairness to all of our guests, we have adopted the following policies:

Check-In: 3:00 pm / Check-Out: 10:00 am

100% contact-less check-in/out. If you are going to be checking in late, no worries, go directly to the room!

You will receive your room number and code to the room prior to check-in. Please check your email.

Rates subject to 9.7% State and Local Tax plus a 2.75% Water Conservation Fee (as of July 1, 2019)

You must be 21 years or older to rent a room at the Sandy Neck Motel and a Photo ID is required at time of check-in.

All room rates based on double occupancy. Two children under 18 years old are FREE. There is a $10 fee per additional guest(s).

All rooms are non smoking/vaping

Regretfully no pets are allowed

10:00 pm quiet time

A credit card number is used to hold the room and required for all reservations.

A convenience fee of 2.9% will be added to all transactions which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. Alternatively, cash is accepted in the office 15 days in advance of check-in.

Deposits & Cancellations:

• Damages will be charged to the credit card on file with a minimum $100 charge for repairs. Any actual and additional costs for repairs will be charged to the card on file.

Deposits & Cancellations:

- 50% of your total reservation will be charged as a deposit 30 days prior to check-in (or at the time of booking if within 30 days of arrival)

- 50% or the remaining balance (whichever is greater) will be charged 14 days prior to check-in (or at the time of booking if within 14 days of arrival)

- If you book inside of 14 days prior to check-in two equal 50/50 transactions will process on your credit card on the same day

• Damages will be charged to the credit card on file with a minimum $100 charge for repairs.  Any actual and additional costs for repairs will be charged to the card on file.

Cancellations will be refunded at:

Cancelations eligible for a refund will have charges applied back to the original credit card as follows:

- refunded at 100% if canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in, or

- refunded at 50% of the total cost of the reservation if canceled between 14-29 days prior to check-in

- No refund will be issued if canceled 13 days or less prior to the date of check-in

- Early Departures: Sorry, there are no refunds for early departures

- A $30 cancelation fee will apply to all eligible refunds.

Smoking/Vaping: Is not permitted in any of our rooms, however you may smoke outside. Smoking or vaping in our NON-SMOKING ROOMS will result in a $250.00 surcharge, without any authorization needed.

Pet Policy: Sorry, NO PETS allowed. Pets in the room will result in a $250.00 surcharge, without any authorization needed.

Cleaning & House Keeping:

We care for our local environment and we take ground water pollutants serious.  In order to eliminate excessive pollutants to the local ground water we have outsources our towel and linen cleaning to a local commercial operation = less local pollutants and better quality for our guests.

Staffing shortages and qualified help across the industry in addition to inflation has impacted us all.  Please pay special attention to the below details related to additional requested services:

Every reservation includes a onetime $30 cleaning fee which covers cleaning the day of check-out.

  • Additional housekeeping is available upon request every 4th day for a onetime charge of $30.
  • Additional towels are available for a $10 charge per per day per guest. Additional set of towels will be provided for every 4th day at no cost upon request.
  • All requests for additional cleanings or towels must be made 24 hours in advance and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file

License

Unless otherwise stated, sandyneck and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on sandyneck.

All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from sandyneck for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material from sandyneck
  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from sandyneck
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from sandyneck
  • Redistribute content from sandyneck

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. sandyneck does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of sandyneck,its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, sandyneck shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.
